How can we contact you?

Where are you located? 

We're located in the beautiful Northern Rivers NSW region

Do you travel? 

Yes, we do! If we're traveling long distances by car (over 1.5 hours from the Northern Rivers NSW), it's 0.80c per km. If you'd like us to shoot your wedding interstate or overseas, all we ask is for you to pay for return flights and accommodation.

How do we book our date? 

We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. Your wedding date will only be 100% secured once the deposit is paid and the contract is signed. The remaining cost is required four weeks before your wedding date, but you're welcome to make partial payments as your date gets closer.

Can we meet you before we book you? 

Absolutely! We'd love to grab a coffee and discuss any ideas or questions you might have. If you're too busy or don't live nearby, we can also arrange a Zoom or phone call.

How long should we allow for bridal party photos? 

Ideally, we'd like an hour with your bridal party (not including travel or group photographs). This allows for a variety of photos and for everyone to become comfortable in front of the camera

How long should we allow for family photos? 

Half an hour maximum is typically enough time to complete the group photos (depending on the number of guests). For larger families, more time may be required.

How long will it take for us to receive the images? 

You can expect your photos back within 8-12 weeks to ensure you receive the best quality photos from your wedding day.

Can we give you a shot list for the day? 

Absolutely! We recommend providing us with a group shot list and a friend or family member who can help get everyone together. This helps to ensure we capture all the shots you want.

What happens if Mikaela is sick? 

If the chance cancellation occurs, we will find a photographer of consistent style and experience to cover for us. This choice will be approved by you, and we'll make the transition as easy as possible.

Are the images we receive edited? 

Yes, all the images are edited to fit our style and brand. We like our images to appear natural and represent the day as it was. All images delivered are individually edited to correct colors, adjust exposures, and add saturation and vibrancy to make the images pop. All images are supplied in colour and black and white.

How do we receive the finished images? 

The finished images will be sent to you digitally in high resolution.
